Breakfast was a big reason we’d come back. There were hot breakfast sandwiches wrapped in plastic for an easy protein option to take along, plus a nice oatmeal bar with lots of mix-ins and good coffee. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and worked well for the kids. The pool was small, but enough for us. We’d stay here again.

The manager on duty said the situation had been handled to their satisfaction and they wouldn’t consider adjusting the room cost because we’d paid through Expedia. That capped off a really poor stay. The problem was two drunk young basketball players next door, shouting with the TV blaring past 1 a.m. After several calls and staff warnings that didn’t work, an employee suggested we move. I said the loud guests should be moved instead, and eventually they were.

Our room was nice and the beds were comfortable, but the staff really made the visit. Everyone was kind and checked that we had what we needed. We had an amazing stay, and I’d highly recommend this location. Big shout-out to the team. T

The way this was handled left me very disappointed. I’m paraplegic, and an accessible room with a roll-in shower was essential for our trip. After I couldn’t find another room in Wichita, I called back and agreed to take two rooms, even though they couldn’t put them near each other. Then the staff member said the manager had asked her to call with a refund and that we couldn’t stay there after all. My daughter was so disappointed, and we had to change our entire trip. I’d booked an accessible room and called to confirm it was set aside. The night before arrival, I got an email saying they didn’t have it. When I called, they said something had happened and they’d given it away because those guests were staying longer. They offered a king room, but we needed two beds for our child, and they said they couldn’t add a roll-in. Then they offered a complimentary second room, which would split us up. I asked for connecting rooms or ones very close together, but they couldn’t arrange that. She also wasn’t completely sure there’d be enough wheelchair space in the bathroom. I discussed it with my husband, then called back and said we’d make the two rooms work since we had no alternative. That’s when she said we couldn’t stay.
