I’d stayed here for years because it was close and clean, but that’s all changed. Room 507 was infested with roaches. We couldn’t get to another hotel, so they moved us to room 323, which seemed fine, but I wouldn’t stay here again. I don’t want to risk bringing roaches home. I’ve been a longtime guest here and a regular at IHG, and this hotel has lost my business. There’s no way they don’t know about the infestation. They need to deal with it, even shut the place down and bomb it. We never received any compensation or discount, either.

We found a very good rate and stayed here over our wedding weekend. Cindy, the reservation clerk, or at least I believe that was her name, went out of her way to accommodate us. The room and hotel were clean, everything felt just right, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

We had to leave home at 4 in the morning because of an emergency, and the hotel fit us in despite a busy weekend with lots of people in town for the football game. There was an issue with our first room, but the staff were kind and moved us to another one without any trouble. The room was clean, and the hotel itself was quite nice.

Really comfortable room, bed, and a beautiful space. Everything was clean, and the place even had that familiar hotel smell. The front desk and breakfast staff were all super friendly.

The front desk reception was kind, and breakfast was tasty and outstanding. The place was clean and nice, and those comfortable, clean beds had me sleeping like a baby.
