I’m staying here for two weeks and really enjoying it. When I had a small toilet issue, maintenance took care of it quickly. The manager, Rachel, was exceptionally kind and made sure everything was sorted out. Everything at the hotel has been excellent.

The location was great for the concert, about a mile from the venue. Parking was difficult, with only two handicapped spots and no Diamond member spaces. Breakfast had no cranberry juice, and the egg bites were quite dry. The room was large and nicely laid out, though the bathroom’s sliding doors weren’t set right and closed on their own. We asked for daily service during our four-day stay, and this time they actually did it. Across our last three multi-day stays, this is the only one where they provided daily room service, after previously switching to every other day to save money. Service was really good, and the receptionists were friendly and helpful. This was another good Hilton stay. So far, we’ve had three good and three terrible stays, though the last two were outstanding.

Why don’t the bathroom doors in the rooms I’ve seen here latch? They’re sliding doors that often don’t close all the way. I don’t mean only that they don’t lock, which they don’t. The doors have a latch, but for some unknown reason there’s no latch piece on the doorframe for it to connect to.

The staff were attentive and quick to help with a positive attitude. They regularly restocked pool towels, too. The location is great, right by Stockman's Restaurant and in a walkable part of Snake River Landing. I rarely give a hotel five stars, but this one deserves them. My wife, our two small children, and I stayed one night. The room and common areas were very clean, especially the pool and kids/media room where the kids spent time. We’d definitely stay again!
