The breakfast was poor: tiny muffins, apples that looked micro-sized, only white bread, sausage that didn’t look fully cooked, and tea water that was just warm. We paid $136 for the night, and it wasn’t worth it. Yes, it’s budget, but this place needs care and proper carpet cleaning. It needs upgrading! The carpet had marks and looked dirty, the bathroom floor needs replacing, and the bed was very soft. The shirt on the bed was wrinkled and didn’t fit well. There was a hole in the bathroom door, the shower ceiling was coming off, and another small hole was in the ceiling. The TV kept shutting off. The window was dirty with bird poo on it, disgusting, and the outside of the shower tub had black marks.

The only thing I didn’t like was other guests coming and going drunk. Otherwise, the staff were amazing. My booking through hotels.com somehow hadn’t reached them, but the front desk woman got my wife, our 3 kids, our new born, and me checked in around 8pm, and we sorted everything out in the morning. Breakfast was basic but good. The remodeled 3rd floor looked great, and they finished the second floor Thursday may 7th. The construction crew were friendly and considerate, and the cleaning staff were sweet and on top of everything.

The male clerk at the desk was very nice and professional, but I wish I could say the same for the manager. I left a message for the manager 3x and never got a call back. This is the worst Super 8 I’ve ever been to. I didn’t stay because I felt unsafe and the place seemed sketchy. It was being renovated, but it seemed like the work areas should have been closed off. My room had no carpet and was dingy, dark, and seemed unclean. The only window looked straight onto the outside dumpster.

Do not stay here. Our room was disgusting, with stained sheets. I asked for a fresh set, but they never brought any up. I also left an item behind and realized it was missing from my luggage when we got home. I called many times. First I was told they didn’t have time to look; then I was told nobody had turned it in, and the person hung up right after. I’m a housekeeper, and I know items guests leave in a room should be bagged and put in the lost and found closet. This was so unprofessional, and the woman I spoke to was absolutely rude.

Someone tried to get into our room after 10 pm without knocking. Thankfully, the latch was on. Nobody answered when we called out to ask who it was. Maybe they ran off? The wall AC unit didn’t work, the shower wasn’t clean, and the hallways looked like a construction zone. There was also a new paint smell. The renovation was still underway as of May 2026. On the plus side, the mattress was new, which I checked, and breakfast was okay, surprisingly given the other reviews. Go somewhere else. It isn’t worth it.
