They were so helpful with all our questions and made sure we had what we needed for our mobility issues. There’s also a little fenced dog area right beside my room, which was handy. A lovely place to stop for the night, especially this little diamond in the rough. The customer service was top notch.

We’re staying here right now, and the place is a hilariously bad case of expectations versus reality. The DIY work in the rooms seems shoddy, with what look like code violations. Our smoke detector was disconnected, and the dust buildup seems like a fire hazard. The bathroom has no ventilation, so steam spreads everywhere and could encourage mold. The bed is okay, though it’s a regular mattress piled with thin toppers that slide around. The front door is flimsy, with obvious gaps between the door and trim that don’t keep out the elements or bugs. Service has been nonexistent: no towel changes, no toilet paper refills, and we’ve heard from other guests, but nobody from the motel. Also, the cancellation policy isn’t on the website. You have to cancel 72 hours before your first night or they charge the full fee.

Our rooms were clean, roomy, and cute with a modern look, and the beds were super comfortable. We stayed at Uplift Inn and Lift Landing for my wedding weekend, and all our friends and family had a great experience too. The location was convenient, prices were affordable, and there were pet-friendly room options. The owners and staff were so friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond for us and the other guests. We had an amazing time in Idaho springs. I’d absolutely recommend this for an affordable, fun mountain stay. We can’t thank the team enough!

Our wedding weekend at Uplift Inn and Lift Landing was the best weekend of our lives, and many of our guests have said the same. The hospitality, service, and comfortable rooms played a big part in that. We’d choose both places again in a heartbeat. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, 10/10 across the board. The rooms had everything our wedding party, family, and friends needed to stay in Idaho Springs and get ready for nearby activities: white water rafting, hiking, the rehearsal down the street at Yard’s Taphouse, and the wedding at Echo Mountain. We could walk everywhere over the weekend except for the easy shuttle to Echo Mountain. Lift Landing is right across from the river, where you can raft, fish, or sit by the water, and restaurants, breweries, coffee, groceries, gas, shops, and markets were all a short walk away. It’s a quaint, affordable place with the amenities we needed and a great location. Check-in and check-out were slick, and communicating by call, text, and email was easy. It’s women-owned, and the owners were lovely and clearly committed to making our stay great. Other guests we talked with also said their stays had been above satisfactory.
