Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center

The restaurant staff were phenomenal, and the breakfast buffet may be the best we've ever had at a Marriott. The hotel also has a fabulous location, with Boca Town Center right outside, including lots of restaurants and shops. Parking is free in an unsecured lot. Staff were outstanding, so we'd try the hotel again mainly because of them, despite several room and lounge issues. Our first room had clearly housed smokers, even with the AC blasting at 65F and an air purifier running. We were moved to a clean room, but it wasn't the level we'd reserved or paid for because it lacked a sofa bed, and its fan ran constantly and dried us out. The M Club serves no food on weekends, though guests with an Elite level room key can use it. The coffee machine was consistently Out of Order, and the lounge was mostly taken over by unsupervised middle school age kids on Ipads.

The location and service were great, and the room was clean, but it was extremely disappointing. The AC had been left on at 65f. In the bathroom, the ceiling was maybe 6ft 6in high and even lower over the tub, the water pressure was low, and the shower head rod was loose. Several screws were left where it had been fixed. The sink counter was really small for no reason, with plenty of space on either side, and there were no towel hooks or other places to hang towels despite all the room.

I spent the past 7 days at the Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center, and Mert and Tony were the reason this was a 5-star experience. They're welcoming, kind, genuine, hardworking, and always ready to listen. After a long day at the office, I looked forward to seeing them at Sonrisa/Drift. They balanced their workload while still giving each customer a personal experience, without taking away from anyone else. Everything I ordered arrived on time, and I have no complaints. They're more than service workers, they're business people bringing in real profit. Their expertise kept me coming back, and I even brought my friends in one night to meet the two superstars I'd been praising. I hope this review gives them the recognition they deserve and shows the significant value they bring to the business.

Brandon Alfaro at the front desk turned a stressful travel problem into a great experience. Our flights were canceled, and we needed somewhere at the last minute. From the moment we walked in, he was calm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making sure we were comfortable and looked after. His kindness and professionalism really stood out. The Marriott in Boca Raton itself was wonderful too: spotless rooms, a beautiful view, and a perfect location with great restaurants just outside the back exit. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, fresh, and delicious. Thanks, Brandon. We'll definitely come back!
