The staff are what keep me coming back. They’re professional, helpful, and the hotel is always spotless. Breakfast and the Kickback are both great, too. I used to stay here often for work, and liked it even before the social area was renovated and the bar and restaurant were added sometime in the past four years. That space is now amazing, with good food and drinks and a lovely atmosphere. After more than ten years of staying at Drury hotels, the service still feels second to none. I compare the experience to a smaller-scale Disney stay. If there’s a Drury where I’m traveling, I’ll always choose it.

We were in town for a funeral and stayed three nights with several relatives. The low price had me unsure what to expect, but the hotel was much nicer than I imagined. I stay in a lot of hotels, and this one really impressed me. Every employee we spoke with was delightful, from the front desk to maintenance, the restaurant, and the breakfast buffet. It’s clear the place is well run and that management has built a great workplace culture. People don’t seem that happy at work unless they’re treated well. Breakfast and dinner were both good, and the free drink tickets were a great bonus. The hotel is close to the sports stadiums and plenty of other things, so I’d recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

We had a huge group here for my niece’s birthday, and they handled all of us with ease. The staff were honestly the nicest I’ve met, and went above and beyond. We’d never been to a Kickback before, but loved the free food and drinks. It helped us save money. The rooms were clean and well stocked, and there was plenty of seating at breakfast, with lots of good choices. The pool was clean and had towels ready, though the water was freezing, the kind of cold that takes your breath away. We still got in. The beds are my one complaint, but we’ll definitely be back.

The free dinner with drinks and the breakfast were a real hit, and the staff were so friendly. Trisha was amazing, really sweet. The rooms were clean, though the air never got properly cool. The pool was nice, but it was packed with wild, unsupervised kids from a hockey tournament.

We were here for a sports tournament, with players needing to get to the field early. The kitchen team had fruit, yogurt, cereal, and bagels ready before 7 am, ahead of the weekend hot breakfast. That made it easy for the kids to grab something, and we really appreciated it. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was great. The pool is always popular, and this one was very clean with towels available the whole time.
