Our three dogs seem just as happy to arrive at the bungalow as we are. We’ve been coming for several years, and we always look forward to another stay. We love the location and accommodations, and the owners are great about communicating. We’ve enjoyed every visit.

Rob, the owner next door, was there if we had a question or needed anything. The property was in great shape when we arrived, even though our stay came right after the hurricane. The ocean view from the master bedroom was awesome, and the villa was nicely furnished with a kitchen that had everything we needed. A few more bath linens, hand soap in the bathrooms (ours was empty), and kitchen towels would help. Otherwise, we loved our stay and plan to come back.

The villa felt like home during our month there. It's spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with a kitchen stocked for pretty much any kind of cooking. The bed in the upstairs master bedroom was amazingly comfortable, and its balcony has a fantastic ocean view. We also loved having fans everywhere. You can hear the wind and waves at night. The beach is close, and some of the area's best restaurants are only a five-minute walk away. Indialantic is a great spot, with gorgeous beaches, good shopping, and lots of great places to eat. It's perfect for dogs, too, with great walking spots. We were welcomed by two big golden retrievers! We've already booked for next year, which says it all. Thanks to Ann and Rob for a perfect getaway.

We've stayed in this villa twice now. The owner is great to work with and works hard to keep the place updated and clean. The view from the master bedroom's covered deck is great, and the hot tub and private yard are nice bonuses. There are lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys to use, and this part of the beach is usually uncrowded. Restaurants and stores are an easy walk away.
