The breakfast team were great about dietary allergies and could make some things to order. If you like Starbucks egg bites, they had different kinds every morning. Patty made my mornings better with lovely conversation and food. Thanks, too, to the parking attendants who opened the door whenever they saw me carrying a bunch of stuff. The front desk staff know how to make things right. They handled every bump in the road, and everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I especially want to thank the woman with the beautiful brown hair who helped when I’d booked the wrong room. The hotel has beautiful views, a private pool, beach access, and an easy drive to a lovely downtown, about 20 minutes away. Best hotel in the area.

Bryon, the manager, was super friendly and greeted guests in the lobby during social hour. Gladys looked after us at the restaurant and was attentive and friendly. The location is perfect, right on the beach, and our room was very clean and had everything we needed. This hotel is amazing. We love this place!

Brian at the front desk took time during check-in to explain the hotel and what it offers. He suggested the ab and flow restaurant, and I’m glad he did. The property is easy to get around, and there’s neat outdoor dining with heat torches for cooler evenings. The food was great, and Irene took good care of me, recommending a dinner that was right on the money. The place was very clean, the service was polite, and I’d consider eating here again and staying at the hotel.

Carmen and Amanda deserve a special mention. They’re friendly, efficient, and always willing to help, and they made the stay even better. The staff were attentive overall, and the hotel itself was comfortable, modern, and spotless. The heated pool was a nice extra for relaxing any time of year, and breakfast had good, thoughtful options. I had a wonderful experience at the Element Hotel and would definitely return. Highly recommend it for comfort, good service, and a welcoming atmosphere.
