Please keep the noise down, especially in the courtyard. It’s open to all the units, and sound carries up from the lanai to other homes. This is a residential building with mostly older people, so small children who are out of control aren’t a good fit. The lawn isn’t for furniture or dog walking. Pool hours are posted in three places, and the pool closes at sunset.

It’s great being close to the beach, and the pool is nice. The area is quiet and clean, but the elevator wasn’t working properly, so take the stairs. The gym is old and smells bad. Uber is pretty unreliable for such a tourist area. The wait is around 45 minutes on average, so don’t count on it for airport transportation.

We’ve owned a unit here for about five years and love it. The complex is well maintained, and the location is perfect. It’s a great place to rent, though rentals are limited to one month at a time.

The people were very nice, and everything was extremely clean and well kept. We were right across the street from the Gulf Beach entrance, with the beautiful Intracoastal nearby, a great pool area, and lovely sunrises.

The views are lovely, and everyone there is extremely friendly, including the security staff. I’d highly recommend buying a condo at sailboat key.
