The best part was that we didn’t find any bugs. Otherwise, our cleanliness standards weren’t met, and we won’t stay again. The room smelled musty, didn’t look thoroughly cleaned, and had dusty furniture that seemed not to have been wiped in a while. The bathroom ceiling looked like it had mold or mildew. Hallway rugs, walls, and windows were filthy and run down, and the room looked nothing like the photos. We chose it because of the Wyndham name and usually stay at hotels rated three stars or higher. This one barely qualifies as three stars to me, and even with the amenities I’d call it more like two. It also took a long time to find someone to check us in that evening, and there’s no elevator or other access to the upper floors for people with disabilities.

The bed was comfortable, the sheets seemed clean, and the TV worked. Most of the rest of the room was disappointing. I didn’t get the room I’d requested, but an older one, despite there being no price difference. One of the two beds was broken and wobbled whenever I moved. It had duct tape from an earlier repair. There was no conditioner, the bathroom smelled strange, and something like sauce had run down the back of the door. A bulb was out in the vanity light. The desk lamp didn’t work, and its button came off as soon as I pressed it. I was on my knees on the carpet for less than 30 seconds and my pants got wet, like the carpet was damp.

I’ve stayed here several times and have a few more stays planned soon. The rooms are clean, the price is good value, and the staff are genuinely nice, helpful, and courteous. It’s an easy place to recommend.

The rooms were decent for the price, and the pool was nice. I wish there were a hot tub or Jacuzzi. The service at the restaurant bar was awful.
