I showed up for a booking and found a bullet in the room. The conditions felt incredibly unsafe. When I asked about getting a refund for the part booked through trivago, the man refused, saying he didn’t have time to fill out the paperwork. He marked me as a no-show and said there was nothing he could do, then asked why he should eat the cost. He’s responsible for room quality and safety, but wanted me to cover the room anyway. He acted entitled and wasn’t helpful at all. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I’d strongly recommend staying away.

The room was clean and nice, and the person who checked me in was helpful and pleasant. But we paid for a room that included a continental breakfast, then were told no breakfast would be provided because they hadn’t rented many rooms. If they’d said that when I checked in, it might not have been such a problem. Instead, we had to rush to find breakfast and hope we could still make our appointment on time. I won’t stay here again.

The room smelled like smoke when we walked in, and breakfast ends early on Sundays. During a busy concert or football weekend, especially after a night game when you want to sleep in, this place isn’t worth the money. They seem to run it on the cheap, without an actual front desk agent, so you have to call on a phone and wait for the manager to show up. Very cheaply run place.

The man at the front desk was so welcoming and kind. We had booked a King room with a sofa, and it was spacious and really nice. The bed was comfortable too.
