Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Indianapolis Airport South

The bed was incredible, so soft and comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud. Staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the hot and cold breakfast was nice. The vending machine is unreliable, so be ready if you want a drink. There's a Marathon gas station and a Culver's nearby for a late snack or quick dinner. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in for a while, and I'd definitely recommend it for the time I was there.

Allysia was amazing, so kind and professional, and didn't judge me when I had an incident and needed extra bedding. I came to Indy for surgery, and I think the hotel manager was kind too, letting me check out late. I didn't get to use the hot tub before I left, but it was working, and I saw other people using it. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Jamie at the front desk really went above and beyond and made our stay stellar. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and I liked the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower. Breakfast was tasty and hot every day, and Kathy, the woman working in the breakfast room, was personable and clearly proud of her work. We picked this location because it was close to where we needed to be, and I'm glad we did.

My truck's been broken down for a couple of weeks, and I've been staying here during that time. Everyone has been amazing and super friendly, from the front desk and housekeeping to the breakfast staff. I'd highly recommend staying here if you're in the area.
