My trip wasn't fully planned, so I needed help finding a suitable phone charger and a few other things. Everyone, from housekeeping to the front desk, was helpful and made me feel looked after. Their help seemed sincere. I'd happily stay here again.

The rooms are pretty basic, and this place costs more than most. You also have to pay extra for better Wi-Fi, with no free breakfast at all. I don't mind a higher price when there's a reason for it, but this was a disappointment. I should have planned better, though they didn't tell me there was no breakfast or good Wi-Fi.

We were here for only eight hours, but the room was clean, as were the beds and bedding. The towels and washcloths were decent quality and average size. Three adults had plenty of hot water, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were complimentary. I'd stay at this location again.

The hotel's location worked perfectly for me. It's right off I-65, within 20 minutes of downtown, and close to lots of restaurants, so there's not much need to drive far. Greenwood is only eight minutes up the road and has even more to do.

I rented the king suite with a balcony, but the balcony and its furniture were covered in ice even though it hadn't snowed for two weeks. I stepped outside after checking in, in the dark, and slid into the railing, nearly falling over. Guests paying for an amenity should be able to use it safely. I'm a sore, upset member 🥺
