Megan made check-in quick and easy, and she was friendly and knew the local area well. The property was clean and quiet, which made it easy to relax. I had a great stay at Extended Stay America and would definitely return.

After an exhausting 18-hour drive, the comfortable, clean room made it easy to relax. It was well kept, pleasant to look at, and had thoughtful details that made it feel welcoming. Breakfast was a nice surprise after the long trip too. The attentive staff were a refreshing change after a terrible experience at another hotel on my last trip. Micheala was especially understanding and ready to help, and her care made the stay memorable. This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had, and it surpassed what I expected. If you want comfortable, clean rooms and good customer service in Indianapolis, I wholeheartedly recommend this place. The warm atmosphere and helpful staff left me feeling refreshed and satisfied. The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to make the stay good, even though the hotel itself is lacking. If you won't spend much time in your room, it's a decent budget option for getting through a weekend. If you want more amenities or expect to be in the room a lot, book somewhere else. My rating would be closer to 2.5 stars than 3 if I could choose. I had to move because the first room wasn't clean, with a dirty fridge and strange red splotches around the room. The second room was cleaner but had no trash can. Cigarette smoke lingers throughout the building, so I'd bring air freshener. The fixtures are dated, and the furniture, TVs, and paint are due for a refresh. Breakfast is just grab-and-go: coffee and tea, muffins, oatmeal, and Nutri-Grain bars. There's a Waffle House down the street if you want a full breakfast.

I stayed here for two days while waiting to move into my house, which had been winterized. I'd already had 12 days of bad service at another extended stay during the move, and this place wasn't much better. Getting into my room took four tries because the latch was messed up. The TV still didn't work because the antenna was broken off inside it, and the bathroom sink clogged until it was unusable. The tub spout diverter was broken too, so I couldn't take a bath or run water through the spout, only shower. I told the woman at the front office about the sink and TV, my main concerns. Maintenance wasn't working late, so she wrote them down for the morning shift and said they'd come first thing. That night I did one load of laundry. The washer seemed cleaner and worked fine, but their app only lets you load $5 or $10, and each cycle costs $3.10. The dryer didn't work, so I moved my clothes to the second one after an hour and waited another hour. They still weren't dry. I'd wasted $10 and wasn't trying again after two hours, at 11 p.m. on a work night. When I came back from work the next day, the problems were still there. The GM didn't apologize or say she'd fix anything. She said she'd found a TV upstairs but didn't do anything with it. She asked when maintenance could come the next day, and I said any time, since we were checking out then. If you chose this place for the grab-and-go breakfast like I did, forget it. They made one pot of coffee and put out oatmeal packets. Sure, I can eat a packet in the car on my way out, thanks.
