The location is excellent, right in downtown with everything walkable. Valet is the only parking choice and costs about $40/night, but the gentlemen working valet were outstanding and deserve five stars themselves. The room was fine, and the bartender gave us a pleasant experience. There are no in-room safes, though perhaps one is available by request. The bar closes at 9. We were there for a few days over the NYE holiday. The desk accommodated our room requests, but the staff’s tone could be blunt and aggressive, which put me off. We kept the Do Not Disturb sign up the whole visit, yet room service entered while we were out on our second-to-last day. It seemed they realized partway through and stopped: we had fresh towels, the bed was unmade, and they’d taken the old washcloths without replacing them. I went down to ask what happened, but the guest in front of me was having a very intense exchange with Mindi at the front desk. She was so rude to that customer that I didn’t want to hear what excuse or poor service she might give me, so I went back upstairs rather than risk ruining our last night. Take the other one-star reviews about Mindi and some of her staff seriously. We won’t return, though it could work for someone needing a last-minute place.

Jaden and Lily got us checked in early and took care of our needs. The staff were helpful and attentive throughout our visit for a swim meet. We upgraded to queen beds, and the room had a coffee maker and mini fridge with good coffee and creamer. The decor felt warm and updated, and the beds and pillows were so comfortable that my son and I slept great. We’ll be back!

I’m in Indianapolis often for work, and this is my favorite hotel in the city. Jossie spent a good while helping me print documents I needed and was very polite. The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, and the staff are wonderful. On another visit, they recognized my rewards status and upgraded me when availability allowed. It’s in a great location and very well run. I’ll definitely stay again.

The location is amazing, and the valet folks were quick and very attentive. Parking is free valley. The hotel itself is very good and clean. I’d avoid the 16th floor. They did tell me it had no regular windows, just one ceiling window, which sounded kind of cool at first. In practice it felt depressing, and the window is way up high, not some fancy glass ceiling. The water pressure up there was pretty low, too.

I wanted to share an honest account of a stressful, emotional situation during our stay this past weekend, 12/13 - 12/14. It wasn’t caused by the hotel or its staff. The team stayed calm, professional, and supportive, and I never felt threatened, mistreated, or disrespected. They handled everything patiently and neutrally, with guest safety in mind, especially for the child involved. Staff de-escalated things appropriately and kept everyone safe even while emotions were high. I was treated with kindness and understanding, and I’m grateful for how they managed something outside their control. The property was clean, well maintained, and conveniently located downtown. Any problems during the stay were handled calmly and professionally. I’d absolutely stay again and recommend it to families and travelers who value respectful, safe, professional service.
