CozySuites at Block20

The place was cozy and in an awesome location, and I really enjoyed staying there. I'd book again. It would've been better to have TVs in every bedroom and some extra seats in either the living room or the basement living room. We couldn't all sit together and talk through all the wonderful things we'd experienced.

Before arriving, I was a little nervous because I saw some bad reviews after booking. They turned out to be no cause for worry. Our CozySuites stay in Indianapolis was wonderful. The suite was clean, bright, comfortable, and in a perfect central spot near the capitol, restaurants, and entertainment. Lucas Oil Stadium was an easy walk away. CozySuites communicated clearly and quickly, even when I sent questions after 10:30 at night. They checked that I got in okay, followed up the next morning to see if everything was satisfactory, and messaged again before checkout. The check-in instructions in the email were easy to follow. We'd definitely stay with them again when we're in Indianapolis.

The place was very clean, spacious, and quiet. My only gripe was needing to look up the long entry code on my phone every time we went into the building or room. A key fob would make that much easier.

Unit 460 in Artistry Cincy felt like home, and I was impressed as soon as I walked in. The spacious, nicely designed living area had a walk-in closet and a private balcony. The smart TV had both live and on-demand options, which made it easy to unwind after a long day. The suite had a well-equipped bathroom, a functional kitchen, and an in-suite washer and dryer, with laundry products, an iron, and an ironing board. The kitchen had everything from a fridge with an ice maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and toaster to pots, pans, a colander, dishes, trays, utensils, a knife set, and chopping board. I've never stayed in such a thoughtfully equipped rental. Most things are handled online, and there isn't on-site staff around the clock, so help if you're lost or need something means contacting them by phone or email. During business hours, the Artistry Cincy leasing office staff are helpful. April in Cozysuites customer care was phenomenal too. She answered every time I called and handled my questions kindly, patiently, and professionally, which made everything smooth from start to finish. I loved the stay and would definitely try their other properties.
