Gabby was very kind to me during my visit. When an unexpected emergency meant I needed an extra day, the hotel was accommodating. There were other events happening, but enough space for everyone. The room was quiet and gave me a good night’s sleep, and the hotel seems well built. It’s also conveniently located for the highway and works well for business or leisure travel. The Hilton Garden Inn is a beautiful property, from the entrance chandeliers to the lighting and furniture across the first floor. Everyone on staff was attentive and kind.

The room was spacious, spotless, and had a comfortable bed, plus a huge TV with lots of options. We ordered dinner from the restaurant to take upstairs, and it was delicious. I had the grilled chicken and he had the Phillie Cheese Steak, both are easy to recommend. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices. Kassandra at the desk was sweet and sorted out my coffee needs, LOL, she hooked me up. The hotel is lovely and clean. My only real complaint is that the pool was a little cold, and there isn’t a hot tub even though it’s listed as an amenity and appears in the photos.
The rooms were comfortable, breakfast had good choices, and the dining room staff were absolutely great. The trouble was the lack of soundproofing, which bothered us in the evening and overnight, and made the housekeeping noise especially distracting. While cleaning, staff yelled back and forth down the hall, screeched loudly, and used expletives I’d rather not have heard. Whether this is a staff or management issue, it needs to be addressed. We won’t stay here again, and our company’s travel department won’t have it on the approved list for staff or coworkers.
There were bugs in the room, including what I suspect were bed bugs, and I had seasonal allergy-like symptoms overnight. I told the staff, but their offer was only to remove $50 in parking and late checkout fees from a bill of over $200 for one night. Don’t be taken in by photos of a modern hotel. It’s an old, unclean building with some fresh paint and a few new pieces of furniture. DO NOT STAY HERE!
I was in town for a business trip and recently stayed at this Hilton. The hotel was fully booked, so I couldn’t switch rooms even though mine smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. An employee tried to help by running an air purifier while I was away for a couple of hours, but it barely helped. The smell was throughout the room, including the bathroom towels and bed covers, and it really aggravated my asthma. The employee mentioned that I might get a discounted rate for the inconvenience, but the rate was unchanged when I checked out the next day.
