Springhill Suites Indianapolis Downtown

My flight had an emergency that diverted me to another city, and the team went out of their way to help me cancel a room. From check-in to checkout, everyone I dealt with was caring, friendly, and professional. You can tell they take pride in their work and want guests to feel valued. I stayed at SpringHill Suites and found it clean, quiet, and well maintained, with spacious suites laid out nicely for relaxing or getting work done. Breakfast was fresh and well stocked, and being close to the airport made the trip easy and stress free. Hospitality like this is rare. I’ll stay here again when I’m flying into or out of Indianapolis.

Sandy at the front desk was AMAZING!! After my wife shared our story, she arranged an upgraded room, free parking, and a bottle of wine to help us celebrate our special day. That kind of personal care and appreciation is rare these days. Thank you, Sandy and SpringHill Suites!!

The location worked perfectly for me, just a stone’s throw from the canal and an easy walk to the circle. The rooms are clean and a good size, and breakfast is included, so I didn’t have a rumbling stomach during meetings. Heather and Lingsey’s took great care of me.

The room, location, and breakfast were good. But returning from the New Year's party at about 12:30 AM, we couldn’t get into SpringHill Suites because the main entrance door seemed locked or frozen, leaving us unable to use the scanner. We went to the Marriott next door, showed our key card, and asked to be let in, but staff turned us away and told us to use the SpringHill door. They could have checked our ID through the window and called security to help us enter. Instead, our options were to stay outside or risk going down the icy ramp to the parking lot and using the garage elevator to get inside. Being locked out that late was frustrating and potentially unsafe, and I wanted to bring it to your attention.
