The alarm system needs fixing. During two of the three nights I've stayed so far, there were three to six false alarms, and we had to evacuate in the middle of the night each time. We couldn't go back inside until the fire department cleared the building. Also, Radisson is no longer here. It's now The Clarion and Quality Inn. For the price, I could manage one or maybe two nights, but the star rating overstates the overall quality. I'd give it two stars, and even that feels generous. Choice Hotels needs to improve the decor. It was probably a beautiful hotel back in the 70s or 80s.

The wedding reception and brunch were wonderful, and the lobby looked attractive. There was plenty of parking too. But the rooms were dirty. The Sleep Number beds didn't work, the shower vent was broken, and for three people staying three days, we only got towels for two each day. Our room never got cleaned or serviced despite repeated calls and attempts to reach the front desk. The staff weren't helpful, and asking for clean towels made us feel like an inconvenience. The GM's response was disappointing: a half-hearted apology, blame placed on the Hispanic employees, and a request that we give them another chance. No thanks.

The front desk staff were nice, which was about the only positive. The rooms were dirty and worn, and I wouldn't stay here again. The shower pipe moves freely where it comes out of the wall. The Sleep Number bed was hard to operate and uncomfortable. You have to hold the inflate or deflate button, and even after adjusting it, the bed still wasn't comfortable. There was rust and mildew inside the bathroom vent.

The staff were wonderful and did what they could to make the stay better, which is why I gave three stars. The hotel is right by the old airport terminal, which closed when a replacement opened farther away. This left the large property beside a big abandoned building, and many nearby hotels closed after the terminal shut. The Radisson is one of the few that survived. Corporate may also give this location lower priority. I have a disability and needed an accessible bathroom. The first room had a tub, and we decided to spend one night there before switching to a roll-in shower room. It seemed intended for someone who'd used a wheelchair most of their life, and it was a good distance from the desk. There was a support bar for a handheld shower, but no handheld head. The next room had the same issue. Given how large the shower was, that was odd, and the slippery tile made showering frightening. The beds were extremely firm, like military bunks. I didn't sleep well any of our five nights. Maybe visiting Klingon dignitaries would have liked them. The furniture was a strange mix of newer pieces and old, stained office furniture. The chair had marks that looked like staff had tried to clean them with moderate success. The desk sagged in the middle and had deep scuffs on the front and sides. The heating and cooling system seemed ancient and was either fully on or fully off. I didn't dare try the high setting because even low was strong enough for aerodynamic experiments. With planes constantly taking off and landing overhead, the stay was mediocre.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Adam. They let us check out two hours late and helped us switch rooms when our party size changed. The price is appealing, but the quality leaves a lot to be desired. We stayed in two rooms. In the first King NS room, the Sleep Number display was broken, so we had to guess the setting, and the toilet wouldn't flush properly. In the King Smoking room, the bed kept deflating and needed constant readjustment. There was no cold water in that room's shower, so we couldn't shower the morning we left. Its curtains were torn, and the bathroom layout was awkward: the door opened into the shower, the toilet was right next to the toilet, and half the room was wasted space. The beds were uncomfortable in both rooms. The property badly needs repairs, and its layout makes you walk from one end of the large place to the other. TVs in the rooms were old and need updating, except in the "show room".
