The staff were all excellent and helpful. Aaliya and Cheyenne at the desk were especially friendly and helpful. Give them a raise!

We booked this place for Indy 500 weekend based on the photos, which made it look like a decent, if oddly decorated, hotel. I was willing to lose the reservation cost rather than stay because we just didn’t feel safe. There were warning signs everywhere. From the road, there was barely any signage, and the only sign was covered by a tarp. The hotel sat among vacant buildings and an empty lot, with its entrance down a narrow alley and only one way in or out. The lobby desk had a note saying “we are away helping a guest,” and nobody was around. A car from a security company was parked nearby, but the people who got into it didn’t seem like security to me, especially the girl with neon green hair. Even on Indy 500 weekend, there wasn’t a single guest in the lobby, bar, or hallway. The decor was strange too, with large Roman statues, a big empty room with a fountain and more statues, and mirrors covering the hallway off the lobby. I could list more red flags, but I think you get the picture.
