The breakfast was great, with eggs, sausage, toast, pastries, and fresh fruit, and the little extras were covered too. There were snacks in a drawer in the upstairs common area, plus an upstairs dryer we used for our towels after a late shower. We stayed in the Riley Room while in town for Deep Purple at Old National Center, and it was immaculate and had everything we could've needed, even for a month-long stay. The house is beautiful and clearly built with a lot of love. Deb was lovely to talk with, and hearing her stories or reading the piano book about the home's transformation really brings that care to life. Can't wait to book another trip.

It was easy to walk pretty much everywhere from here, with restaurants and supermarkets just two blocks away and downtown about 10 minutes down the road. The neighborhood itself is quiet and lovely, with lots of older houses. We had three people and had plenty of room, thanks to a big living area, kitchen, one queen bed, and a sofa with space for two. The room has been fully updated to modern standards and feels completely different from the rest of the house. Great place to stay in Indianapolis.

We could walk anywhere downtown in about 15 minutes, and the room was comfortable and well organized. The Garden Room's jacuzzi tub really made the stay, and the breakfast and extras helped us feel well taken care of. The TVs were hard to figure out, there weren't any channels, and we couldn't get WiFi in the room. If TV and internet aren't important to you, the rest was great.

We stayed in the spacious Penthouse, with a living area, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. It was clean and nicely equipped, and the innkeeper was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and ready at the time we asked for. The location worked perfectly for our event at Old National Centre. We'd happily stay again.

A lovely bed and breakfast if you're after a cool, old-fashioned room and a tasty breakfast, then some time to yourself. If you prefer owners who'll stick around for hours of stories, you might like the other bed and breakfast in town better.
