After an eight-hour trip, Nishyah made check-in feel easy, greeting me with a smile. The first room had mold on the pull-out bed, but she promptly moved me to a clean, comfortable room and handled it with real care. Her calm manner and attention made a frustrating start turn into a positive stay. Nishyah showed genuine commitment to guest comfort, and she reflects well on the hotel. I hope her work is recognized. Thanks to the team for making guest experience a priority. I’d be glad to stay again.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, a real luxury. The bathroom and room felt spacious and clean, with a great shower and plenty of hot water. The kitchenette was excellent too, with everything we needed to prepare and enjoy meals.

The setup is especially inconvenient in winter: the hotel has two separate buildings, and I was placed in B while breakfast, the gym, and front desk are all in A across the parking lot. On top of that, the key cards reset after 11 a.m. every day, so I had to walk over daily just to get back into my room. The room was dated, and the shower head was so low that anyone over 5'6" had to crouch. I travel often and stay only at Marriott hotels, and this was easily the worst location I’ve had. Stay somewhere else.

The woman at reception turned a late, tiring arrival into a lovely surprise. It was after 10 p.m. and the three of us were exhausted, but she upgraded us for free to a two-room suite. My grandma, a friend, and I all thought it was the nicest room we’d ever had, with comfortable furniture, good amenities, and a nice interior. We’d booked it as a place to sleep after my best friend’s wedding, and my friend came along so she wouldn’t have to drive three hours home. Breakfast was nice, and I even got a complimentary cupcake at checkout. I expected a decent night and a little breakfast, but the staff made a wonderful weekend feel even better.
