The bed was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were so helpful that I was pleasantly surprised by how great the place was. I had a heavy storage bag on the back of my car that couldn’t be secured. The maintenance guy moved it to my room on a dolly and brought it back out in the morning. It was only $10 extra for the dog.
We’d booked one night but stayed for two. The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The TV had several channels for movies, and the room had everything we needed: a microwave, refrigerator, iron, hair dryer, and coffee maker. Breakfast was free, and I enjoyed the waffles. The coffee was really good, too. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and checkout went smoothly. Wherever we travel, I always choose a place managed by Wyndham.
There was a mix-up, but the manager took action and arranged another motel for us at a better price and in a location that was just as nice, to meet my needs. The staff here are excellent. I’d highly recommend this Days Inn based on how fully they stepped in to make my trip a good one. Thanks again, guys!
This is very convenient for the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. It isn’t a five-star hotel, but the service is great. When I get back at night, the room has been replenished with everything I need.
The stay was great, but checkout was awful. We went to breakfast and came back to find our keys wouldn’t work. It took about an hour and a half for anyone to show up at the desk. We were on the phone with corporate headquarters, and they said they could only send a resolution in a week. Seriously?
