SureStay Hotel by Best Western East Brunswick

The location is great, with several restaurants right in the parking lot, and the staff were friendly at check-in. My room was clean and good, though a bit outdated for the price.

I stayed three nights in #173. The area seemed sketchy, though it felt relatively safe. The room was adequate, but the WiFi was unreliable. TV would buffer after a couple of minutes, and sometimes froze for more than 10 minutes before starting again.

The comforters are nice and fluffy, and the rates are awesome for what you get. I’ve been staying here for three years, and every employee has given me exceptional service. They’re always eager to help with whatever you need, and the guest service is absolutely awesome. I love this hotel and will keep coming back. No complaints. Islam at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. I needed a five-night stay while repairs were being done at my house, and he made sure my dogs and I got a great room. He even let us check in early. When my mother also needed a room because of the repairs, he helped her too and placed her next to mine. Both rooms were clean and comfortable, which made the stay better. The location is amazing, with a Denny’s and ihop about a two-minute walk away, plus plenty of other restaurants and fast food spots nearby. I had a very pleasant experience.
