Best Western Date Tree Hotel

The pool and spa were really nice, and the staff were all so kind. There are lots of good places to eat nearby, too. It’s a pretty hotel with all the palm trees, and parking felt safe.

The breakfast was a real surprise, with lots of choices from cereal to hot pancakes and waffles. Meila kept the room clean, refilled the food, and was polite and conscientious. There was also a ready-to-go bag with fruit, water, and a muffin for anyone in a hurry. I liked seeing how much care goes into this property, and I’d recommend it to people visiting Indio. Parking was free at the time of my stay. Our room had a little balcony and plenty of space. It was clean, and the shower had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, with hot water and strong pressure. The property and rooms were well kept, and the breakfast room had a lot on offer. We arrived late and Jacob checked us in. He was thorough and polite, and told us where breakfast would be in the morning. We’d booked a king upstairs. He confirmed there was no elevator and checked whether that would be a problem, which it wasn’t for us. The pool and jacuzzi are open around the clock, and the location worked well for visiting the Coachella Valley. Photos included.

We’ve stayed here during the first week of January for many years. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the breakfast is great, and the facilities are clean and comfortable. There’s also plenty of nice grounds for exercising a pet.

We were worn out and called at 11:30 pm to book a room. The woman on the reservation line was so sweet and patient, thank you. I didn’t get the right spelling of her name, sorry. Crystal at the front desk, the night manager, and Queen made us feel welcome and took care of what we needed. They got us checked in quickly so we could rest. Thanks for making us feel safe and welcome.
