Century Inn

I was here on vacation for three weeks, and the price was very reasonable. The location felt safe, with plenty nearby and a car rental place right next door. The staff were super friendly, and the room was very clean. I’ll come back. Thank you!

I only needed somewhere to sleep for three or four hours before heading to a business appointment, and this motel took me in after a miserable night with Motel 6. My delayed flight got in around 3 a.m., and Motel 6 canceled my reservation, kept my money, and turned me away. This place was unexpectedly neat and clean inside, and I managed to sleep about four hours. It’s a bit far to walk from the airport, though I got lucky and found an e-scooter nearby for the ride back. Thanks, and I regret booking with Motel 6.

The friendly front desk lady was the one bright spot. The motel was close to the airport, but I’d stay elsewhere. It smelled like chemicals covering up a dirty ashtray, people living there were loud and inconsiderate, and those above us banged on the floor most of the night. The beds were okay, but the pillows were flat, the furniture looked like mismatched roadside castoffs, there was a huge spider in the closet and a black mosquito flying around, the shower had no pressure, and the sink drained slowly because it was clogged. I mentioned similar things in a Booking.com review, and the owner replied with extremely rude comments. I have a right to review my stay. Zero stars.

I needed an inexpensive room at the last minute, and this motel came through. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked, the water pressure was great, and I didn’t run into any bugs or problems with other guests. Staff were kind, and could provide clean towels, sheets, and toiletries when needed, as well as weekly cleaning if you wanted it. There are several places to eat within walking distance, including one open around the clock. It’s a simple, no-frills motel on a noisy street, so traffic is easy to hear. The curtains and armchairs were stained, the thin carpet looked old, and the bathroom sometimes had a strange smell. But it was clean, and extended stays are available. I’d recommend it if you need a budget place in the area.
