Dream Inn

The room conditions don’t justify what they charged. The water was too hot, there were roaches, and the towels need replacing. A $100 deposit on top of $120 for the room is insane. I could have spent that money at the Hampton Hotel or Comfort Inn down the street and felt it was worth it. I’m never coming back, and this place is off my list. They need to lower the price and stop charging a deposit. This is a shame, and they need to do better.

It’s quiet here, the rooms are clean, and the service is friendly. I’d definitely recommend it.

At DREAM Inn, I got a cold shower, poor lighting, and no soap. It was a nightmare.

I apologized to the owner and room service ladies after throwing up in the toilet, and I tipped the ladies too. The toilet was a little dirty on the outside, so one of them thought it was food and told the owner. The next morning he told me to stop putting food in the toilet, and I explained that I’d thrown up. He never apologized to my wife and me for being rude. Earlier, after my shower, I asked my wife to get the towel I’d used replaced. She handed it to the room service employee, who gave her two towels, even though we’d only asked for one. The employee later admitted she’d told the owner my wife asked for two, and said she’d given her two just to be nice. The owner came to our door asking why we had two towels and raised his voice at us. We weren’t at fault, but he still didn’t say sorry. I’m not worried, though, revenge belongs to God!
