Breakfast had a decent range of basic options, and I liked starting the day with it. The bed was too firm for me, though the mattress seemed new, so that may suit someone who likes a firm one. Staff were super friendly, and I enjoyed talking with them. The location was fairly convenient, and the lobby and shared areas were clean. My room was mostly clean, but housekeeping missed a few things: there was hair in the tub when I checked in, and coffee spills were still in the microwave. There was an envelope for leaving a housekeeper tip, which would've felt fair if those basic details hadn't been overlooked. The bathroom door didn't latch or lock. That wasn't an issue for me, but it could be for someone else. Also, there are no elevators, which is common in two-story hotels but worth knowing. All in all, it was a good place to stay, and I'd stay there again.

The location was just right for us, and breakfast was very good. The rooms were quiet and really clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. It's dog friendly too. There's no elevator, so ask for a first-floor room if stairs are difficult for you. I'll definitely be back!

When the weather was awful last night, Kaci went above and beyond to help my daughter get a room very late as she was heading back to Grand Valley. Kaci was so kind, accommodating, and helpful. Thank you!

The place, including the room, seemed very clean, which was a plus. The room was a bit dated, with some cracked ceramic. There's no elevator, the lot had 3 cars, and the front desk said only a 2nd floor room was available. Seriously?? The shampoo dispenser was empty, and the desk didn't answer when I called to ask them to fill it. Breakfast was cereal, a waffle, or biscuit & gravy. Best to skip it.
