Being near restaurants, plazas, and a few fun things made this a handy place to stay in the area. The hotel itself was spotless and smelled fresh, and it’s clear they keep the property in good shape. The staff really stood out. They greeted me with warm smiles, made me feel welcome, and seemed to care about my experience. The front desk team was compassionate and ready to help, which made the stay feel seamless. A 10/10 for me.

The room was clean and sharp, breakfast tasted fresh, and the location was convenient. I had a great stay last weekend. Delores was the first person I met when I came in, and she was friendly from the start. Her local tips helped make our Columbia trip really enjoyable. Thanks to her, this will be our only choice when we travel to Columbia.

Room 122 was a good value, and the location was quiet and convenient, right next to a big hibachi and sushi restaurant. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety, too. The room felt a little old, with loose drawers, scratches, and paint missing, but it was very clean. There was a full-size fridge and a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, a pot, a pan, and even dish soap. Everything needed for cooking was there. I recommend it.

Tatyana, Camila, Kisha, and Khyiasia made a point of greeting us with a smile and checking that we had what we needed. They handled our questions and requests pleasantly and consistently, and that’s what made the stay feel exceptional and like a home away from home. The rooms and facilities were great, and the Columbia location worked well for us. We’ll definitely book here for our next stay. Thank you!

Lisa was so friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of breakfast options. We arrived late, but Nikki made check-in easy. The room was beautiful and clean, with a kitchenette, and checkout was simple too. Great hotel.
