The woman at the counter got out of bed at 3 in the morning to answer my call, let me in, and find a room for a tired traveler. I was so grateful, and that service is why I'll stay here again if I pass through. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service and attitude were great. Thank you again, young lady 🙏🙏🙏 You're much better at service than your competitor down the street.

Our crew stayed here for two weeks. They mentioned some issues, but overall it was a good option at a lower price. A nice budget friendly property in iron mountain.

The rest of the week was hell, though we finally got nice neighbors after two nights. People could be V LOUD, and when we asked management for a quieter room or for the noise to be addressed, they said they would do something but nothing changed. I even watched someone nod out in the parking lot on some kind of illegal substance. In the room, half the lights didn't work, none of the clocks showed the right time, and the TV system was bizarre with a completely outdated guide. The beds and pillows felt like slabs of rock, like sleeping on Pride Rock from Lion King. There was definitely black mold, and I killed at least three spiders in one stay. The water temperature was impossible to get right, and 90% of the time I ended up burning myself. This is by far the worst budget inn I've stayed in. I wasn't expecting much, but holy crap. I'd give negative stars if I could.
