The full-size fridge was great to have, along with the stove and dishwasher. The room was clean and bright, the beds were comfortable, and the shower stayed hot as long as I needed. It smelled clean, but the scent was overpowering. The staff were very helpful. I usually stay in downtown Ashland, but this place is worth the six-minute drive.

The breakfast was fantastic, though I don’t know if that was because it was Easter. They had big, soft cinnamon rolls served warm, plus bacon and more. The staff were friendly, and the room was very clean and quiet. Laundry is free, and there’s even a nice basket in the closet. I’m glad I chose this place.

The place was really well put together, and I’d definitely stay here. The midnight worker was probably the most well-spoken man I’ve dealt with in this area. He was professional, made sure we had everything we needed, and seemed to take pride in where he works.

The rooms are a good size, with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. We used the cooking area and table, and the dishwasher worked great. Housekeeping did a great job during the week we were there. The heated pool was having problems and they had addressed them, but it took a while for the water to warm back up.

I loved the hotel cat, Maury, I think that was his name. The hotel is beautiful. We arrived late, and Adam, I believe, was working. He was so helpful, which meant a lot when we were already dealing with a stressful situation. We were visiting because of a death in the family, and it was taking up so much of my thoughts. I was able to breathe and feel that things would be taken care of. Thanks to everyone for being wonderful.
