We paid over $300 for a room we used for about eight hours, so I expected the included breakfast to be available until its posted closing time. After church nearby, we came back at 9:45 with my three kids, only to find most of the food already cleared away, including all the hot items, bagels, bread, and donuts. I had to take them to the restaurant across from the hotel and spend another $60. When I told the front desk clerk, she suggested that restaurant had a pretty good breakfast, but didn’t seem especially concerned. A credit for what I spent would have been a nice gesture. There was also no remote for the entryway TV, and the bedroom remote only turned that TV on. It had no signal.

We booked mainly so we could use the pool and hot tub, but both, along with the sauna, were closed Sunday morning while maintenance tested the water. We’d stayed Saturday night and were really disappointed to miss them. Couldn’t that testing be done during the overnight hours when the pool is already closed?

The lobby and room were clean and comfortable, and I’d stay here again. What stood out first was check-in: the young woman at the desk was warm, helpful, and easy to chat with. She suggested places to eat and made sure we felt looked after when we arrived, and throughout the stay.

The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff were really nice. They also helped explain what there was to see around the area. I’d stay again.

There’s a nice pool area with a pool table you can pay to play, and a restaurant within walking distance. Breakfast was included and tasty, with regular and blueberry waffles you could make yourself and plenty of other food. The lobby felt welcoming and quiet, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking lot was big.
