We've come here several times while traveling with my husband for business meetings, and it's worked out really well for us and our two little toddlers. The rooms are soundproof despite being right beside the airport. The hotel is clean, updated, comfortable, and has nice facilities, including a game room. Everyone on staff is friendly. It's centrally located for the beach, Spectrum, and other places. Breakfast is free with the stay and saves us a lot. It comes plain, but there's a good range of items and condiments so you can fix it how you like. I think they make an obvious effort to accommodate people. If it doesn't feel like enough, bring your own food. Highly recommend.

We stayed for about 40 nights, and the whole experience was amazing. Our kids had a great time, my wife and I got to relax, and we even had two small parties with friends. It was the best hotel breakfast we've ever had. We loved the pool, game room, ping pong table, spacious rooms, beds, and pillows. I can't remember everyone's name from the kind team who helped us, but Yazmin, Mikah, Paula, Luciana, and Brian were a few. There was also a young woman at the front desk with long eyelashes whose name I struggled to remember. We want to organize some birthdays here in the future. A couple of things need attention first. Both grills should reach the same high temperature. We tried each one, and the one by the restroom didn't cook the meat. Please message me when it's fixed, since we can't risk the food and will wait before arranging a birthday here. Also, the Jacuzzi was too hot. We've used many Jacuzzis and couldn't stay in this one for more than five minutes. Please lower the temperature a little. Thanks for speaking Spanish, that was helpful!

I spent six nights in a one-bedroom suite, and there's a lot this location gets right. The rooms are spacious and quiet, with newer appliances and two 65-inch Samsung TVs that support streaming. The beds and bedding were comfortable, the AC was quiet, and the internet was fast and steady at 240 Mbps down and 150 up. As a Hilton Diamond member, I've stayed at plenty of hotels, and I enjoyed my time here. There were a few problems. The shower pressure was only about a 6 out of 10, and customer service could've been better. I often walked past the front desk without being acknowledged. On a couple of mornings, a man had his service animal on the furniture in the breakfast area. I understood there were other guests concerned too, and I mentioned it to the desk. Service animals are trained not to be on furniture.

I've stayed here with my family quite a few times, and we keep enjoying it. We usually book the junior studio suite, which has a full kitchen and just the right amount of room. It lets me wash the baby's bottles and keep our food and drinks in the fridge. The staff are consistently warm and friendly, with great service. Yazmin checked us in last time. There was another staff member I wanted to mention, but I can't remember her name. The hotel is tucked into a business area in Irvine, and it seems safe, so I don't mind the location at all.
