The new owner was very nice, and I had been glad to hear about the renovation, but the room still needs a lot of work. The walls were dirty, there were water stains on the ceiling, the curtains were hung upside down, and the window was cracked. Most of all, the room smelled so musty that it took two washes to get the smell out of our clothes. I booked two nights for a funeral, but sadly I won't be able to stay at oak tree Inn again.

The location was really convenient, and the price felt like a great value. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the front desk staff were friendly.

After falling and breaking my hip, which is being held together with a rod and pin, I had to leave my two-story apartment and move into a room here so I could manage on my own. The owners have been kind, accommodating people. The place is quiet, and the rooms are clean and a good size.

The property has recently changed management, and the new team made me feel very welcome. Their service was exceptional, and I had a comfortable stay. Kudos to everyone for setting such a high standard.
