Aloft by Marriott DFW Airport North

Felicia and Kimmie helped me pull off a work conference for 70 people, even though I didn’t have much event-planning experience. They supported things from my first email right through the end, and everything went well. The hotel is clean and newly renovated, the rooms are great, and the lounge area with the pool table is a nice shared space. Highly recommend, and thanks to everyone who helped.

The rooms were extremely clean and worked well for business travel, though they need an iron and ironing board. What really stood out was how accommodating everyone was. The evening front desk woman was professional and helpful even after I got a little snippy on the phone asking for an airport pickup. The shuttle driver was kind, and getting a late checkout this morning was easy. I appreciated the extra care from staff who clearly know how to look after guests.

Kimmy, the sales coordinator, stayed attentive and professional from planning through the meeting itself, keeping track of details and anticipating what we’d need. Thanks to her and the Aloft team, our divisional meeting went smoothly. The space was clean, organized, and suited our group well. We’d recommend holding a meeting here and would be happy to work with Kimmy again.

I had a good time playing pool by myself, and yes, I won 😆. Celeste was welcoming with a great personality, while Charles and Marisha had lovely spirits. The bartenders were A+++ too. I lost their names in my phone, but they were both beautiful and gave me so much love ❤️. Leroy the cook made chili nachos I loved, though the vegan chicken nuggets were undercooked. At least the fries came out hot and good. This newly beautiful hotel feels like a piece of art, and I’d recommend it 🤩.
