The rooms had a full fridge and dishwasher, really everything you need, like an Airbnb. I was hesitant because the hotel is near the airport and I thought sleeping might be hard, but we didn’t hear a single plane. Breakfast had great options, more than I’d expect from a typical continental breakfast. I have nothing bad to say, and I’d recommend the place and stay here again next time we come.

My boyfriend and I had a really good stay. The location made it easy to get around, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Check-in and checkout were quick and smooth, and we enjoyed the amenities. Most of the staff we met were friendly and professional. The exception was Tiffany, the receptionist, who came across as rude and unprofessional when we checked out on our last day. It was disappointing and didn’t match the service from the rest of the team. Management may want to address it. Even so, we were satisfied overall and would consider coming back.

After the weather kept our airport day going for 12 hours, walking into this place felt like finding a haven. The atmosphere was cozy, the rooms were great, and the staff felt genuine, friendly, and happy to help. They even put together snacks for the stressed travelers and made us feel like we already belonged. Julian and the front desk, thank you. It made me want to take the time to write a review.

The kitchen is more like a Fairfield with a fridge and stove but nothing to use with them. Don’t come expecting a Residence Inn or even a TownPlace Suites. I’m used to Residence Inn kitchens being stocked, and assumed this Marriott with kitchens would be similar, but it wasn’t close. My kitchen had a cutting board but no knives, one small saucepan, no frying pan or hot pads, dirty silverware, and mold stuck inside the kitchen sink faucet. We asked for a knife at 8 pm, and I also called and went up to the front desk. There was only one person working all night, and he had a steady stream of people. He was still unable to help by 11 pm, so I couldn’t prepare lunch to take to work the next morning. I could see he was busy, but that didn’t solve my problem.

We loved staying here while visiting Meow Wolf with my family. Tiffany, the manager, deserves a big thank you. The staff were kind and friendly, the location was great, and breakfast had a great variety of options. I definitely recommend the place and will stay here again.
