The bed was comfortable, but that was the only good part. The room smelled of cigarettes, and my coworker found two beetles in her room right away. I also found bugs in my bathroom. The shower pressure was poor, and water pooled in the middle of the tub instead of draining. After work, the puddle was still there. A huge ceiling crack over the bed looked like pieces might fall while I slept, and the toilet paper holder was coming off the wall. The tiny hair dryer only worked on high and kept tripping the bathroom breaker, so I had to use it in the hall. The bathroom night light was dead, the main light flickered, and loose outlets didn't work, so I had to charge my phone across the room. There was no TV remote, and a used razor cover was sitting in the tub drain. How did nobody notice that while cleaning? Just awful. The pillows were old and lumpy too.

The booking agent reserved the wrong room, but the front desk understood and helped us get a great replacement. The gym has a treadmill and an elliptical, and there's a warm indoor pool with depths of only three and four feet. Our room was clean, though the beds were average. For what it cost, it was a good deal and worth it.

Easy to get to, in a quiet and safe area. The hotel is a bit old but kept up well, and the front desk was quick. They provide a good variety at breakfast, and there were plenty of clean towels in the room.

I wouldn't feel comfortable sleeping in that bed, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It badly needs renovation: the shower looked dirty, and the ceilings were grimy and patched. I spotted a few baby roaches, so I can only assume there's an infestation in the walls. The front door wasn't working right, the Wi-Fi and TV remote didn't work, and the front desk person gave me no useful details about breakfast, checkout, the elevator, or the Wi-Fi password.

Daniel, the manager, and the rest of the staff were great. My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the prices were reasonable. They were accommodating when I asked for a late checkout, and the free shuttle got me to DFW with plenty of time to spare.
