Omni Las Colinas Hotel

I’ve stayed here many times and have been at their highest loyalty tier for 6 years, so it’s an easy choice for me. The rooms are spacious and the service is top notch. The bar downstairs has a GREAT burger and a great ribeye. The staff will bend over backwards to make sure you’re satisfied.

During my flight home after a work conference, I realized I’d left behind an important item. Mr Olivo, a leader in loss prevention, searched diligently until he found it, then promptly arranged delivery to my home address. The staff were gracious and courteous throughout my stay. My room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view, and the coffee shop and restaurant had excellent food. I’d gladly stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful, with noticeably larger rooms than most places, which made for a comfortable three-night stay. Lake Carolyn is a great location, with plenty of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. Tre and the whole valet team were outstanding, and Tre especially made coming and going easy every time. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting the Dallas area, whether for business or a relaxing getaway.

After staying here for a conference a few years ago, I picked Omni Las Colinas for a staycation because I remembered how beautiful it was and how comfortable I felt. I’m glad I returned. There are lots of nearby restaurants and activities, and this visit was awesome from valet through check-in. All the valet gentlemen were wonderful, with Tre going especially above and beyond. The front desk staff were welcoming, and my accommodations were excellent. The hotel still looks just as lovely as I remembered. The Valentine’s pop-up was a sweet touch. I skipped lunch and dinner onsite, but the breakfast buffet was good for the price, and I was surprised by how many snack options there were when I stopped on my way back to my room. My room was well laid out, very clean, and had a perfect view. I did have trouble with the room phone and couldn’t reach anyone at first. When I went down to ask for towels, I mentioned it and was told to dial directly instead of using the phone buttons. The towels didn’t arrive that night, but after I followed up the next morning before breakfast, they were waiting in my room when I got back. It was a great stay, and I can’t wait to return. I might try other Omni locations in the area too.
