Most of the washers and dryers are out of order, and the treadmill was down too when I was hoping to get some cardio in. They also charge guests for parking every night, which is ridiculous. It's gone completely downhill. For the price, it isn't too bad, and the train is across the street if you're using public transit. They could do a lot better.

The towels had foreign hairs stuck in them, around seven out of every ten, which was disgusting and made me feel sick. This is my second stay, and both times I found cockroaches in the room. A wooden hanger also left some kind of residue on my clothes and permanently discolored all my white clothing. They didn't even apologize, just told me to email them. I booked one week through Hotels.com and another through Trip.com. Housekeeping should have been done today, but I was told it only happens once every 14 days. When I pointed out that today was the expected day, they said it couldn't be done after 4 PM. Both explanations were absurd and unacceptable. When I asked for towels because housekeeping hadn't come, they said I had to bring my used ones down to the first floor to get clean ones. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I've stayed at several Sonesta properties and over 1,000 times in hotels, and never had service this bad. Sonesta and Hotels.com should take responsibility and reflect on this. It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Weather left my girlfriend stranded in Dallas recently, and we found her a room here for the night. The room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed, and the customer service was great. I'd definitely stay again.

A spacious room with an oven, stove, and even a dishwasher made the stay feel more like a small apartment than a hotel. I booked very late at night, after midnight, through Booking.com without any trouble, which was a lifesaver. I first went to the wrong Sonesta, about a mile away. The staff there kindly pointed me to the right place, and when I went to buy basics like water and toothpaste, they unexpectedly let me have them for free. At the correct Sonesta, I asked to stay a few extra hours past checkout since my next hotel booking was later and I had nowhere to go in between. They initially quoted a $50 fee, then changed their mind and waived it. I really appreciated the flexibility and generosity. It was an easy five-star stay.
