The room looked nothing like the pictures, and it was dirty and reeked of smoke. The door only had a flimsy knob lock like you'd have on a bathroom door at home, with no deadbolt, so I felt really unsafe. We know cheap hotels, but this place was unpleasant enough that we seriously considered losing the room cost and going somewhere else for the night. Definitely false advertising.

The view right outside the door was amazing, and the price was good. The guy in the office answered my questions about the area and didn't mind me parking my bobtail in front of my room. The place looks a little old inside and out, but at this price I wasn't expecting a Hampton inn and suites. I'd liked the stay quite a bit more with a deadbolt on the door and that ditch-like pothole between the lot and road fixed.

I wasn't paying much attention to the room, sorry, but the service was great. They stayed on top of what I needed, and my reservations are always handled quickly. I've never had trouble getting a room at the tearass. It's still another place I haven't taken my girl to yet.

The outside looks rough and dated, and the room seemed older too, but it was clean and looked after. The shower could have been cleaner. Still, for one night, the price and location are hard to beat.

It's an old place and definitely looks it. The sheets were clean, though, and the shower felt great, which is really what I need from a room. Just know there are no deadbolts if that matters to you.
