Best Western Plus Isanti

I arrived to find the place dirty, and the bathroom looked like it had been left uncleaned by the previous guest. It was disgusting. I complained, but nothing was done. Later, a piece of my jewelry went missing, and when I asked management and staff about it, they were quiet. The whole thing felt weird and unsettling. The employees also seemed sketchy and dishonest to me. I won't stay here again. I've stayed at more than 100 Best Westerns for work, and from now on I'll ask for a different chain.

We've been staying here since it first opened, and haven't had a bad stay yet. It's usually quiet and well kept, with a convenient location for our family visits. The pool and hot tub are better than average, and there's continental breakfast. The price is budget friendly too.

Liberty at the desk was so helpful, way beyond what I expected. Breakfast was fantastic, too. We were in town for a night out at Isanti VFW, which was easy to get to from here. Isanti Spirits is about a ten minute drive, and you can watch artisan glass blowing there. Such a fun little town to visit!

The staff made an already awful stay even harder. They yelled at us so often that we felt like a burden from the moment we arrived. The front desk lady swore loudly with kids right there, and the cook screamed over a simple mistake. It was rude and completely unprofessional. The room was filthy, with crumbs in the drawers that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There were clumps of hair floating in the hot tub, and visible mold in the pool, so we didn't feel safe using it. I absolutely wouldn't recommend staying here. The cleanliness and customer service both need serious improvement.
