River Lodge

I called on 5/22 to cancel my reservation for 6/4, which was 14 days before the first night, but they gave me no refund, despite their own policy. Customer service was terrible at understanding the situation, and the staff were rude. They're in hospitality and should treat guests better. If you book with this lodge and need to change plans for any reason, don't expect to get your money back.

It's in a convenient spot for visiting Yellowstone, and I'd stay here again. The rooms are small and the price seems high, though it's probably much cheaper than staying inside Yellowstone itself. The room was nice apart from two spiders, three dead flies on the floor, and about seven random black hairs on the walls and in the shower. They really need to do a better job cleaning.

The cabin was spotless and comfortable, and its lovely setting made the stay feel special. Staff were friendly, quick to respond, and ready to help. A clean, cozy place in a great location, I'd recommend it.

The bed gave us one of our best nights of sleep. This little cabin is compact but beautifully arranged, very clean, and nicely decorated. It came with a microwave and fridge, and we appreciated the towel folding, which you don't often see in hotels. The TV was huge, too.
