The front desk woman was so kind. I’d had a rough day and arrived crying with a puffy face, and she let me check in a few minutes early. The room was very clean, and breakfast was nice, with eggs, bacon, sausage, and more. There’s no waffle machine despite the pictures, but they do have premade waffles and pancakes. My room gets four stars because the pillows felt plush at first but quickly went flat. I was alone and ended up using every pillow, including the couch ones, to get comfortable. The location is awful for driving. Getting in is easier than getting out, and turning left is nearly impossible. It’s easier to turn right, then right again at the light, and make a U-turn farther up the street. Even with that terrible entry and exit setup, I’d stay again.

I’ve been coming here for at least ten years and plan to return. It’s conveniently located, the room was clean and quiet, and the Wi-Fi was strong. The young woman at the front desk was very nice. I do hope they replace the mattress soon. Turning up the heat didn’t warm the bathroom, though I was glad to have a hot shower.

The breakfast alone was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel, and the staff were so kind. I booked about six months ahead for the convenience, and it turned out to be a great choice. The rooms were incredible, with hot showers and strong water pressure, and they even offered complimentary water. After checkout I realized I’d left my AirPods behind. The staff worked hard to get them back to me. I’ll stay here again when I’m back.

For the price, I found it a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, there was a little goodie bag at check-in, and housekeeping was great. Breakfast also has gluten-free bread and a dedicated toaster.

I’m a Diamond member and stayed almost three months. The room was comfortable and clean, and housekeeping did a very good job. Breakfast had lots of choices and was excellent. My only complaint was that two women at the front desk weren’t friendly. I mean the two ladies working the evening of September 17.
