The pool was nice, but after swimming we couldn’t properly clean up or bathe the kids. The tub wouldn’t hold water because its drain plug wasn’t attached, and the faucet kept leaking enough that we had no hot water for a shower. I told the front desk that evening and mentioned it again at checkout. They said they already knew about the leak. We were here in Ithaca this week with our two small children and my husband, so this was a major inconvenience on our family trip. Really disappointing.

After the long trip from JFK, we were glad to find a quiet, convenient place that was easy to reach. It’s at the entrance to the city, though, so there isn’t much within walking distance and you’ll need to drive to most places. Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and breakfast had what we needed to get the day started. We had a very good stay and would happily come back.

The staff were absolutely wonderful, and the whole hotel was well kept. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of tasty choices. Coffee, tea, and water were available around the clock and well stocked. The price was fair too. Not much more you could ask for from a hotel. A+++

Breakfast came with the stay and felt well worth the price. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well equipped. I was really impressed.

The front desk team gave top-notch service and had great suggestions for local dining. The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Awesome property, easily my best Holiday Inn experience.
