This place has been there for me since my relative passed away. Everyone's sweet and helpful, and now I'm about to be an auntie. I just wish Elijah would be kinder to a family with autistic people. I'd love for us to rent there again, since I'm trying to look after my family's health and safety. I hope they won't put people on the "Do not rent" list and blacklist them at the same time. Maybe one day they'll let guests who stay there buy the staff a treat for working so hard, because they deserve recognition. I hope I can rent there again soon for my unborn niece's sake.

The updated suites are nice, and the rooms are the best priced in town. Trina at the desk was friendly and really helpful. She checked that we were happy with our rooms.

The woman who helped me was nice and quickly moved me to another room, but the first one had what looked like bodily fluids on top of the bed. I'd paid for a small dog, and the Monday-through-Thursday stay cost almost $300. I didn't see these reviews and trusted the photos. This place was about as dirty as it gets, though the help was nice, and it seemed good for ex-inmates. Check my pictures and decide for yourself. We went to another hotel that let us see the room before paying. After reading their reply, I still think my pictures show a deceptive rip-off. I'm going to file a formal complaint with the health department and include the photos. Good luck trying to shower here.

It was so bad I ended up sleeping in my car. There was a bag of garbage outside the door of the room I'd booked, and the room smelled awful. I was moved to another one, but the key card wouldn't unlock it. Receptionist Jen said I'd get my money back in the morning when manager Elijah came in. Elijah then told me to wait for housekeeping, and I never got the refund, even though I hadn't used the room.
