Best Stay America

There was no working TV, no wifi, a broken bed, and the room was dirty enough that I had to clean it when we checked in. Someone also tried to come into my room while I was using the bathroom. When I told the manager, I was called a liar. I complained at the front desk about the TV, but nothing happened. Turns out it just needed to be plugged in and hooked up. My bf did that, then accidentally knocked it over and broke the screen lol. We didn't get our deposit back either. Now, two months later, I find out the county is shutting them down for good. Serves them right for how they treated paying guests!

We had a reservation and confirmation number, but they said they couldn't find it in their system and gave us their last room. There were needles around, and the door had no key lock, only a deadbolt we could use once inside. We kept all our stuff in the car for the entire stay. The bathroom door was off its hinges, the comforter had cigarette holes, and the sheets had washed cigarette butts in them when they made the bed. People camped in cars in the parking lot day and night. The deal isn't worth it. You might as well sleep in your car and use a gym shower.

I paid $310 for a week and barely slept one night before having to leave because there weren't any real rooms available. All of them were nasty. The horrible rooms Samantha put me in deserve minus a million stars. I've never stayed at a worse property or had a worse manager, and Zen living is bad. There are always cops and ambulances there too. They stole my $310.

The lobby smelled awful even with my mask on. The counter was dirty, and there was fly paper stuck to the ceiling. The room was disgusting, with black mold on the bed, which was only partly made. The bathroom wasn't clean, and there was garbage all over the property. I refused the room and got a refund. I'd give zero stars if I could. I found Kights Inn across the street. It cost a little more, but was worth it. STAY AWAY!
