The rooms were very clean, and they used a UV light. The front desk attendants were nice, and the place was dog friendly. The area for the dog, though, was disgusting.

Frankie, aka Franklin Butler, the operations manager, really made our trip better. Our weekend had started roughly because of some unfortunate events, and his compassion and help meant a lot while we were dealing with the stress. He was attentive and kind without even knowing what we’d been through, and we hadn’t needed to ask. Thank you, Frankie. You deserve it all!

The outdoor pool was a refreshing way to end the day, and there’s a community grill anyone can use out back. The lobby also has a small market with plenty of food, drinks, and over-the-counter medicines, though they cost extra for the convenience. There are two lobby computers with internet and free black-and-white printing, plus a small workout room. Washers and dryers are free for tenants, but bring your own detergent. Our room had a full-size fridge, a two-burner glass-top electric range, and a complete set of silverware and plates and bowls. The AC was adjustable and kept the room comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the shower pressure was good. Josh Avery, the front desk manager, was helpful, friendly, and polite. For the price, the accommodations were impressive. I highly recommend this place near Atlantic Beach.
