La Quinta Inn & Suites Springdale

I hated having to leave. This was the best hotel stay we’ve had in a long time, and the staff and concierge service were right on the money. The room had what we needed: a phone, WiFi, a comfortable bed, desk, refrigerator, walk-in shower, and laundry on site. I even got a little work done on vacation and could print documents from the room.

I was really impressed with the modern, clean rooms and the amazing staff. They even had a designated spot for my truck and trailer. I’ll definitely stop here again with my family.

The room and beds were nice and clean, the staff were pleasant, and I felt safe. The pool looked good, too. But the window shades let streetlight shine straight onto the bed if you’re sleeping on the window side, and the pillows weren’t very helpful. Breakfast wasn’t being attended to, and they ran out of coffee and waffle mix. There were no napkins or forks either.

I’m picky about cleanliness because I own a cleaning business, and I couldn’t find a single issue here. The cleaning crew did a great job, they all deserve raises. We stayed several days, and the staff were great, including being patient with my 8 year old, who kept buying snacks with spending money and asking for bandaids. I’d heard people complain about breakfast, but I thought it was great, with mini parfaits and toppings and plenty of hot food. If it’s not to someone’s taste, Denny’s and Waffle House are next door. We’ll stay here again when we visit family.
