The room was large, the in-room kitchen well equipped, and breakfast was very good, with oatmeal, eggs, sausage, potatoes, and waffles. The property itself was excellent, and we'd stay again. Still, for what I paid, I'd expect better service at the desk. During evening check-in, the employee seemed bored and mumbled so much in a lazy tone that I could barely understand her. I only caught “ID” at first. When she asked for a credit card for incidentals, I had to stop her and say I literally couldn't understand a word. This wasn't a foreign accent issue; she was just a lazy employee.

The breakfast lady is amazing and really good at her job. The room service was disappointing, though. During my 22-day stay, I honestly doubt the sheets were changed even once. There was also a young woman on the weekend night shift whose attitude was very rude. Management needs to pay attention to customer service training for the staff.

Heather Case made me feel welcome and looked after from check-in through the rest of my stay. She was friendly, professional, and ready to help with whatever I needed. Her kindness and attention to detail made the experience amazing, and she really shows what good customer service should look like. I appreciate everything she did, and she deserves recognition. Anyone staying here would be lucky to have Heather helping them.

I don't usually leave reviews, but the hotel wouldn't properly take my complaint. I got bed bug bites while staying there and tried to call so they could address it, but was passed around, left on hold, and given the runaround. They said they couldn't verify my reservation, even though I have a credit card bill proving I was there. The bites are painful and very itchy, and now I have to fumigate my house to be extra careful. Stay away until the hotel takes accountability.

Michael Harris and the front desk here know how to take care of you. It's the best hotel customer service I've had, and there wasn't even a bellboy. I'm happy to stay here whenever we're in Cincy.
